AAAARGH!!!
So you've tried and tried but just can't get into the 3-d zone, eh?

Well...there's one more thing that we can try.  Follow the steps below:

1.  Go
here and follow instructions to print out the cutout guide.

2.  Fold the paper along both dotted lines.  It doesn't matter which line you fold first.
Don't worry if it didn't print out exactly centered on your paper.   This will not affect its
functionality.

3.  Your folded piece of paper should look something like this:
4.  Using scissors or an exacto and straight edge, cut where the red dotted line is
indicated in the diagram below:
5.  Unfold your piece of paper and you should see a square or diamond approx. 1.5" x 1.5"
cutout in the middle.

6.  Rotate the paper so that you see a
square in the middle not a diamond.  See below.
7.  Keeping the cutout oriented in this manner, place it between you and the 3-d image of
your choice on the screen.  Look through the square in the center and move the paper
closer or further from you.  Move it slowly and try to get the images to line up.
Sometimes it helps if you intentionally blur your vision while trying to get the images to
match up.  Once they join you can tighten your focus and the image should pop into 3-d.

For me the best location for the cutout is approx 6-7 inches from my nose.  It will be
different for everyone depending on the distance between their eyes and the distance
their eyes are from the computer screen.

Why does this cutout system work?

Here's something cool to do now that you've seen the image in 3-d:

Follow the same steps above.  Once you are seeing the image in 3-d, very slowly move
the paper a bit closer to your nose.  You should see an interesting phenomenon.  Your
computer monitor should look as if it is only half as wide as it actually is.

NOW IS THAT WEIRD OR WHAT?!?

I'm out of suggestions so if you still can't see the images in 3-d, you're sorta outta luck.
Don't be too hard on yourself.  I've got a friend who just can't get it to work either.
